If you are a woman actively working in ministry, Im sure you understand that ministry is work! Sometimes ministry can be so much work that you can unintentionally become consumed by the demands. Before you know it, family time diminishes until it’s almost non-existant. If you continue in this vicious cycle, family will begin to feel the affects of your absence and neglect.
